In the process of founding our company, Technology Integration and Engineering Services International (TIES International), and after the strategic survey of the local and regional markets to identify a focus for the company, it was clear to me that there was a paramount need for local national Engineering Company with High Standard of the local and regional markets. Such need created by the vast void left behind by the non-existence of such company. Hence, TIES was set up to be the First and Sole PMC and Consulting Engineering Company locally and regionally.

The founding of Technology Integration and Engineering Services (TIES International), like any other company has passed through several stages from idea inception to the actual formation and establishment. However, what is unique about TIES is the fact that besides being the first total engineering local company, it is set up based on International Standard Quality concept beginning from the idea inception stage irrespective of what the initial capital investment would have to be. TIES International shareholders expressed a deep commitment to this concept, when I presented the idea to them during the promotion stage. This commitment has given me a full confidence that TIES can and shall achieve its vision as a local and internationally recognized PMC, a total Engineering and Consulting Company.

To speed up this transition phase, many well reputed and world renowned companies in this field were invited to join the team of TIES shareholders.
